Roadtrip with secondhand books: (base up) the fabulous hardcover bio of Matisse by Hilary Spurling (only vol 2) attracted me into the shop, "Cubism" by Neil Cox, Jane Austen "Northanger Abbey" (research for upcoming writing workshop on Austen!!), George Orwell "Collected Essays Vol1 (1920-40) because it contains the essay "Why O wrote" and the classic book on looking, "Ways of seeing", John Berger. #amreading Which to read first? Suggestions??
