I don’t normally ‘get’ basketweaving, but this artist’s website is a treasury. Not only are there basketwoven articles which are clearly skilled – he is incredibly generous as an artist. There is a photography blog of what he’s made, and a separate studio blog of what he works on.

Student artists will benefit greatly from looking at his studio blog.

And the photos he takes, matter of factly, on way to work, or cycle ride – are inspiring. Often slightly out of focus, they register enough pattern and texture to inspire a myriad of works in all different media.
