Instant summer pud

A tub of Haagen-Daz pralines and cream ice-cream – and a tub of frozen raspberries.

Let the raspberries defrost until mushy shocking pink red – put on top of the ice-cream generously – and eat.  The over-sweetness of the ice-cream is cut into by the sharpness of the raspberries.  Delicious.  (for cheap but not so good alternative, substitute honeycomb ice cream flavour).
