Tracey Emin and Transport

Transport and modern art….Tracey Emin‘s huge neon text piece has been installed in St Pancras train station in London; the junction where the Eurostar trains come from France into the UK.

The piece hovers under the clock and above the travellers: above people who have often travelled to be with friends and family – a reminder of time and companionship.  As the artist says, it can be read as demanding or romantic.
